CHESTER, Va. -- A national chain of chicken-wing joints is increasing the size of its local flock with a new location outside Chester. Wingstop has a new outpost in the works at 10730 Iron Bridge Road, where the chain is taking over a former Pet Valu storefront in the Ironbridge Marketplace shopping center.
