RICHMOND, Va. — A homicide investigation is underway after a man was shot and killed in Richmond's Mosby Court neighborhood on Monday night.
The shooting happened in the 1000 block of Mosby Street, near Martin Luther King Middle School, around 8:15 p.m., according to police.
