Missing Richmond man may be in need of his medication

RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man who suffers from a mental health disorder.

Jesse Fredericks was last seen Monday, January 4 in the 3200 block of Chamberlayne Avenue.

Police say Fredericks was last seen wearing a blue or black puffer jacket, blue jeans, blue shoes, and a black and blue skull cap.

Fredericks suffers from a mental health disorder and may be off his medication, according to police.

He is described as approximately 5’ 11” tall and about 164 pounds.
