CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- You may never be able to run as fast as a cheetah, but you can certainly run past them at the first-ever Run Wild 5K at the Metro Richmond Zoo.
The socially distanced, in-person race allows you to run a race on the perimeter of the zoo grounds.
Participants get free zoo admission after the race is run.
Friends and family get 10 percent off their zoo tickets.
The races take place both September 19 and September 26, giving you a few weeks to train.
Money raised will benefit groups that help African cheetahs. Click here for more information.
