Kroger joins list of businesses offering senior shopping hours

RICHMOND, Va. -- Kroger is joining the chorus of businesses who are designating specific business hours to protect those most at risk for COVID-19.

Beginning Tuesday, March 24, Kroger Mid-Atlantic stores will dedicate the first hour of operation on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to seniors (those over 60) and other at-risk customers.

From 7-8 a.m., these customers can have first access to the store.
