HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — A thrift-store chain is going bigger and introducing an outlet location in western Henrico, as it also prepares to open its first new Chesterfield store in more than a decade.
Goodwill is planning to open a combo outlet-and-retail location early next year in the former Big Lots at 8028 W. Broad St. in the Fountain Square shopping center, according to spokeswoman Laura Faison.
