RICHMOND, Va. — A half-billion-dollar development in Henrico County is now underway, with a sought-after grocer as its anchor tenant.
Construction ceremoniously began Tuesday at Midtown64, the $500 million redevelopment of the former Genworth Financial campus at 6604-6630 W. Broad St. in Henrico.
