RICHMOND, Va. -- Firefighters were called to the 3800 block of Caulder Court for a call about a fire in a bedroom.
Officials say they found a mattress on fire in a bedroom and were able to quickly put it out.
Six people were displaced and no injuries were reported.
Officials say due to smoke the six people cannot stay in the home but added they have found somewhere else to stay until the home is safe.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
