SHORT PUMP, Va. -- All eastbound lanes and the ramp from Broad Street are now open on I-64 near mile marker 179 in Short Pump.
The westbound right lane and the Exit 178 ramp are closed, according to VDOT.
Strong storms moving through Central Virginia Monday morning knocked out power to more than 18,000 Dominion Energy customers. At 10 a.m., 14,000 customers remained without power, according to Dominion Energy's outage website.
More than 5,000 of those outages are in Henrico County.
