RICHMOND, Va. -- A Richmond cookie company is heading to Scott’s Addition with plans to cater to a late-night crowd. Cosmic Cookies expects it’ll open next week at Richmond Eats, a ghost kitchen at 2812 W. Broad St. The company plans to open in the evenings and sell cookies into the early-morning hours through delivery and carryout.
