Child treated for smoke inhalation following Chesterfield fire

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- A child has been treated for smoke inhalation after a house fire in Chesterfield County on Monday evening.

Firefighters say the Willis Rd. home was quickly engulfed in flames after the fire broke out around 7 p.m.

Two adults and three children were inside and made it out safely, however one child was treated for smoke inhalation.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
