55-year-old man killed in I-95 crash in Hanover

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. -- Virginia State Police has identified the man killed in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 in Hanover County.

Virginia State Police responded to the crash Tuesday, August 4 at 6:03 p.m.

"A 2013 Subaru Impreza was traveling south on I-95 when it ran off the left side of the highway and struck a highway sign post in the median at the 89 mile marker," said a state police spokesperson.

The driver, 55-year-old, Robert M. Hull, Jr., of Centerville, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing a seatbelt.

The crash remains under investigation.
