RICHMOND, Va. -- Police identified a Richmond woman found dead on a city bike path as 22-year-old Dominique Danzy.
She had been shot, according to police.
Police found Danzy’s body around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday on the bicycle path along Williamsburg Road near Gillies Creek Park.
“The medical examiner will determine the official cause and manner of death,” a Richmond Police spokesperson said.
