2 couples, including woman pushing stroller, wanted in Henrico shoplifting incident

RICHMOND, Va. -- Henrico Police are looking for four individuals who are believed to be involved in a shoplifting incident at a West End boutique on Friday, December 4.

Police say four suspects, including a woman pushing a baby stroller, entered the Penelope Boutique in the 11000 block of West Broad Street at around 1:15 p.m.

Investigators say one couple interacted with the employees while the other couple put a large amount of jewelry into the stroller before leaving the store.

The suspects are described as two men and two women.
