HOPEWELL, Va. – Two men have been arrested in connection to a burglary in Hopewell.
Tijuan Lamar Phillips, 19, and Markel Trevon Smith, 20, were arrested without incident in Petersburg Monday by the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force along with assistance from The ATF Richmond Field Office.
Phillips and Smith were wanted on charges of burglary and grand larceny.
Both men are being held at Riverside Regional Jail.
