RICHMOND, Va. -- A fryer fire at Hawks BBQ on Belt Boulevard prompted the partial evacuation of the Circle Plaza strip mall in Richmond.
When firefighters arrived to the shopping center Friday morning, they encounter smoke coming from the front of the store.
