RICHMOND, Va. -- Sen. Ryan McDougle, Republican running for reelection to Senate District 4 stopped by the CBS-6 studio Wednesday to talk about his campaign.
He says he will focus on keeping taxes low and allowing small businesses to flourish by eliminating unnecessary regulations.
