HOPEWELL, Va. -- The city of Hopewell will hold a rally to celebrate the Hopewell High School Blue Devils state football title.
Hopewell defeated Heritage-Lynchburg 20-14 Sunday to win the Class 3 State Title.
The championship rally, scheduled for Wednesday at 5 p.m. at Hopewell City Hall, will feature the Hopewell High School Marching Band, cheerleaders, and of course the football team.
