RICHMOND, Va. — A North Chesterfield County man has been arrested in connection with a Sunday murder morning in Richmond’s east end.
Antonio L. Morris, 27, has been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and conspiracy to commit murder in the shooting death of 37-year-old Alton Neal. He was taken into custody Wednesday without incident by the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force.

Officers responded to the report of a shooting on the 2000 block of Fairfield Avenue shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday. Upon arrival, they found the victim, 37-year-old Alton Neal, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Family members told CBS 6 Neal had two kids.
