CHESTERFIELD, Va - Donna Browning's charges were upgraded and she was given a $50,000 secured bond on Tuesday morning. Browning, 59,  is accused of driving drunk and causing a crash on May 5, that killed a local nurse and mother of three.

Her charges were recently upgraded to involuntary manslaughter.

The crash occurred along the 2300 block of West Hundred Road, on May 5, 2016.

Investigators said Browning was drunk when her Toyota 4Runner crossed over the median and into the eastbound lanes, police said.  Her vehicle collided head-on with a Mercedes-Benz driven by Lesley N. Andorful.
