COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. — A truck driver dumped a pile of burning trash onto Burlington Drive in Colonial Heights after it caught fire in his trash truck. The trash ignited after coming into contact with power lines, according to a Colonial Heights Fire & EMS spokesman.
The Colonial Heights Fire Department used Facebook Live to broadcast fire crews fighting the fire.
