RICHMOND, Va. – A child has been transported to the hospital after being struck on his bicycle by a GRTC bus in Richmond’s Manchester area.
Police said the accident happened around 7:15 p.m. at the intersection of Dinwiddie Ave. and E 18th St.
Police said the accident happened when the child pulled out in front of the bus and was struck. The child was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Police confirmed no charges will be filed in relation to the accident.
