RICHMOND, Va. — Some areas of Richmond could experience pockets of severe weather on Tuesday, just days after a fierce storm knocked out power for tens of thousands. Tuesday’s storms are not expected to be as bad as Thursdays.
Even if your location is not under a watch, there could still be severe weather.
