All I-95 SB lanes re-open after Richmond crash

RICHMOND, Va. — All southbound lanes on I-95 have reopened after lanes from I-64 east to Broad Street/Rt. 250 (near mile marker 75) closed due to a crash.

There is no information of the severity of the crash at this time.

As of 6:17 the backup is clear.

As of 5:58 p.m. there was still a four mile backup. VDOT says to expect residual delays.

Drivers were directed to the acceleration lane for I-64 east.
