HENRICO, Va. — Police have reopened all lanes of Brook Road after a fatal accident involving a pedestrian.
A driver hit and killed a person in the southbound lane of Brook Road, near New York Avenue, around 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
The name of the person who was killed has not yet been released.
Police don’t know if the victim was crossing the street or walking in the road when he was killed.
The driver does not face charges, investigators said.
