RICHMOND, Va. -- Thursday is going to be COLD! Yes, the sun will shine but temperatures will stay close to freezing. Due to breezy, northwesterly winds of 10 to 20 mph, the weather will feel as if we are below freezing all day.
A storm system will bring increasing clouds and a slight chance of light snow or flurries to the area on Friday.
The current track of this clipper system will be pretty far south, giving southside Virginia the best chance for a light accumulation of snow. There is still a decent chance that all of the lift will stay south of Virginia, keeping us dry.
