RICHMOND, Va. -- We hit the streets of Richmond on New Year’s Eve to listen to hearts’ desires for 2016 for those we ran into outside of a wedding, by the “Chinatown” bus from New York, outside of the GWAR concert at The National, at RVA on Ice and other locations.
