Chesterfield,Va. – All lanes are back open on Intestate 95 southbound after a three-car crash at mile marker 62,  just north of Rt. 288.

Then, another woman was rear-ended when she pulled over, and the car drove away.

Emergency responders had to use the jaws of life to get a victim out of the car.

There doesn't appear to be any life-threatening injuries, but three of the cars are reportedly in terrible shape.

This story is developing.
