RICHMOND, Va. -- Dive crews discovered a man's body in a truck that drove into the James River. Multiple witnesses saw a truck leave the parking lot near Rocketts Landing, drive through a fence and into the water.
Emergency crews from both Richmond and Henrico were called to the river at about 2:30 a.m. A tow truck is on scene and working to remove the truck from the river.
