HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — Jamie Margaret Salazar, 38, was charged with two counts of felony child neglect and driving under the influence after police were called to a West End restaurant near Patterson Avenue and Lauderdale Drive on Saturday night.
“Officers located Salazar inside the restaurant with two children exhibiting signs of intoxication,” Henrico Police spokesman Lt. Chris Eley said. “It was determined that Salazar was at a birthday party in Northern Virginia, with her two children, where she consumed alcohol and drove back to Richmond.”
