CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. – Two men were shot in Ettrick Wednesday night, according to Chesterfield Police. One of the victims, a 42-year-old man, was rushed to the hospital with critical injuries. Police said his condition was downgraded to non-life threatening Thursday morning. The second shooting victim, a 51-year-old man, suffered what police described as a non-life threatening injury. The men were shot at about 10 p.m. along the 4000 block of River Road.
The shooting suspects were described as three black males, wearing dark sweatshirts, black black bandannas across their faces and black stocking caps. Police described one of the suspects as 6-feet tall and 200 pounds. The other two suspects were described as 5-feet tall with medium builds. All three suspects were last seen running from the shooting scene.
