HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- One lane of eastbound Staples Mill Road remains closed as of 7:30 a.m. after an early-morning crash. Earlier Tuesday morning, all lanes of Staples Mill Road (Route 33) were closed between Springfield Road (Rt. 157) and Interstate 295 in Glen Allen. The crash was first reported at about 5:15 a.m.
The Henrico County crash team was called to investigate the incident which appears to involve two vehicles. This is a developing story.
