RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond Police are searching for two suspects spotted running from the scene of a shooting that happened Thursday night. Police responded to a call for service in the 4100 block of Tyrone Street, in South Richmond, just before 8:30 p.m.Thursday.
A man suffering a gunshot wound was found at the scene and rushed to VCU Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, police said. He was shot in the stomach and underwent surgery, police sources said.
Police have only said that the two suspects they seek are black males. A white sedan was towed away from the crime scene just after 10 p.m. Thursday.
