CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — A Chesterfield woman is facing charges after police said her dog bit two people that she knew.
A grand jury recently indicted Rebecca Poole on two charges of failing to control a vicious dog.
The charges stem from an incident that happened last October.
Investigators said the victims received serious injuries but were expected to recover.
