Burglar looks right into surveillance camera during Chesterfield break-in

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Police are looking for two men who broke into the Jersey Mikes at 100 Heaths Way Road in Midlothian last month. One of the men looked right into the surveillance camera before leaving the store, police said.

“Between the late evening of Friday, Nov. 21, and the early morning hours of Saturday, Nov. 22, someone used a large rock to break into Jersey Mikes,” a Chesterfield Crime Solvers spokesman wrote in an email. “Two suspects went inside and stole cash from the restaurant before leaving. The suspects were black males, one of whom looked right at the surveillance camera before leaving the store.”
