UPDATE: All lanes have reopened, however a four-mile backup remains, VDOT alerted.
RICHMOND, Va. — A multi-vehicle accident has closed both the left and right lanes of Interstate 95 north at the Broad Street exit (near mile marker 74) in downtown Richmond.
“Traffic is getting by using the center lane,” VDOT advised. “There is currently a three-mile backup.”
