RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond police sources the man captured on surveillance video just before he robbed a Southside restaurant earlier this month has been arrested.
Richmond police sources told CBS 6 News that Jeremiah Morris has been arrested for robbing the New China Garden restaurant on Broad Rock Boulevard twice.
The robberies happened in July and then again on Aug. 11. In the latter robbery, police said video showed the suspect seemingly case the restaurant before walking back with his face covered, going inside, pulling out a gun and robbing the business.
The 20-year-old was charged with two counts of robbery.
