CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Chesterfield firefighters quickly extinguished an early morning house fire Thursday.
Crews were dispatched to the 4600 block of Fitzroy Road for a structure fire at 12:18 a.m.
Fire crews found a one-story home showing light smoke from the front door and roof line.
Firefighters knocked down the blaze in about 30 minutes.
The blaze broke out in the bathroom, which was damaged. The rest of the home suffered smoke damage.
No one was injured.
Fire Marshals are investigating what started the fire.
