RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) –Expect major delays on Interstate 95 north, due to a reported three-vehicle crash involving two tractor-trailers and a passenger vehicle.
There is one person being transported with reported minor injuries, state police said.
The right two lanes are currently closed on I-95 north on the James River Bridge.
This is at mile marker 74 in the city.
The north center lane and right lane are closed. Traffic backups are approximately four miles.
