RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Several Virginia school districts have chosen to delay opening on Wednesday due to cold weather in the forecast.

Dangerously cold weather will affect the Commonwealth Tuesday and early Wednesday morning.Wind Chill Advisories and Warnings remain in effect for far northern and western parts of Virginia, where chills still range -10 to -25 degrees. In central Virginia, wind gusts will be from the west and northwest in the 20 to 30 mph range.
