RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A water main break flooded part of 11th Street near VCU’s MCV campus in downtown Richmond Friday.
“Congestion has eased but 11th Street is CLOSED between Clay St. and Leigh St. while crews repair a broken water main,” VCU police tweeted about 2:17 p.m. VCU Police sent out the initial alert about 1 p.m.
