RICHMOND (WTVR) – The Tuckahoe American All Stars are headed back home, following Friday night’s 5-3 loss to Tennessee in the Little League Southeast Regional final in Warner Robins, GA.
The team caravan is headed back to Richmond, but will not arrive until Sunday. TLL is planning a welcome back reception to be held Sunday afternoon at 5pm, on Field number 7 at the Tuckahoe complex off Copperas Lane. The public is invited.
“The kids are still very disappointed about (Friday) night’s results” said Ann Carpin, wife of head coach John Carpin. “A reception would go a long way to help them realize the impact they had on the community.”
