RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A morning tractor-trailer accident has delayed a Richmond school bus from dropping off students at Broad Rock Elementary School, Felicia Cosby, spokeswoman for Richmond Public Schools, said.
Bus 107 was not involved in the accident, however it is caught in the traffic delays as a result of the morning crash.
