RADFORD, Va. (WDBJ7.com) – The Radford City School District didn’t want to talk about how an 11-year-old boy was left behind, fast asleep, on a school bus Tuesday morning.
The school superintendent was in her office but didn’t want to speak with WDBJ7, but did send out a member of her staff, and it was a short conversation.
