RICHMOND, Va -- Richmond Police are investigating a fatal shooting Wednesday morning.
Officers found a man dead in the 1900 block of Mechanicsville Turnpike around 1:00 a.m.
The victim was found inside a crashed car.
Police also closed off surrounding streets for a possible gas leak.
