RICHMOND, Va.-- Brandon Lovee, also know as B Lovee, is a local poet and Black Lives Matter activist whose spoken word is getting a lot of attention.

B Lovee shared his Monday Motivation on CBS 6 News at 4:

One love beautiful people. Its your mans B Lovee from Southside Richmond here for your Monday Motivation.
I just want to talk to you real quick.

In this current time that we are in with the pandemic and in the Black Lives Matter movement, a lot of energy going on, a lot of pain, a lot of trauma, a lot of chaos in the mind.

So I challenge, no I motivate you to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Now allow that oxygen fill your lungs, allow that oxygen to fill your belly.

Now allow that carbon dioxide to be released.

You are so strong. You are so powerful. You are mighty. You are amazing.

However, this world will want you to forget that. Take one deep breath for this time we are in.
