Transmission line rupture causing water issues for Petersburg residents

PETERSBURG, Va. -- Some Petersburg residents and businesses may be experiencing low water pressure or a complete loss of water after a transmission line was ruptured Monday afternoon.

City officials say Dominion Energy ruptured the transmission line while conducting a repair.

They says crews are working throughout the evening to repair the issue.
