Teenager arrested in murder of Richmond man

RICHMOND, Va. -- Police have arrested a teenager in connection to a shooting in October that killed a Richmond man.

Officers responded to the 100 block of Erich Road at 11:37 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 11 for a report of a person down.

When officers arrived at the scene, they located Ricky G. Seldon suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said Thursday that a suspect in his "late teens" was charged with murder in connection to the homicide.
