HENRICO COUNTY, Va. – Police are investigating after person was injured in a shooting in Highland Springs Saturday afternoon.
Officers were called to the 6000 block of Nine Nile Road just after 4:40 p.m.
That is where the shooting victim's car was found at the Food Lion parking lot.
However, officers said they believe the shooting happened on Newbridge Road.
The victim's injuries were described as not life-threatening, according to police.
Investigators said they did not have any information about a suspect at last check Saturday evening.
