RICHMOND, Va. -- Three years after it was facing the wrecking ball, the century-old Second Baptist Church building beside The Jefferson Hotel is set to be reborn.
Historic Hotels of Richmond, the Bill Goodwin-led group that owns The Jefferson, is preparing to start work on a multimillion-dollar project to rehab the church building at 13 W.
